Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

LittleKids.pk delivers across all cities of Pakistan, including:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi

  • Hyderabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar

  • All towns & rural areas covered by courier partners

2. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery Time:

  • Karachi: 2–3 working days

  • Major Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 working days

Note: Delivery may be delayed during sales, Eid seasons, or due to weather/courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 160 – 200 (Depending on city & weight)

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,000

4. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 6 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next working day.

  • You will receive WhatsApp/SMS notification once your order is shipped.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available Nationwide.

  • Please ensure your phone number is active at the time of delivery for courier verification.

6. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp.
You can track your order using the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

If your provided address or phone number is incorrect, the courier may:

  • Delay the parcel

  • Cancel the delivery

  • Return the parcel to us

Please double-check your details at checkout.

8. Undelivered Parcels

In case a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • No response from the customer

  • Wrong address

  • Refusal to accept
    The customer will be required to pay shipping charges again for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Pictures/video of the parcel & product
